Experiment, color development

In week 4, we did color experiments to help us choose the right colors for our work. For these experiments, I only used watercolors. Doing these experiments helped me understand how to use colors together more effectively.

In this experiment, i chose a blue colors scheme for comfort and calmness. I used different shades of blue for the chairs. I also made the curtains and rug blue to match the theme. The table is a dark, neutral color to balance the blue. The yellow lights add some warmth and contrast.

But I used too much blue in this design. The room feels too intense, and I need to be more careful with colors. This room needs to match the living hall, I can.t make blue the main color. I need to find a better balance for the design to work with the rest of the space.

In this experiment, I chose watercolors to create a light and soft look. I started with the chairs, using different shades of green for a fresh feel. The table was painted in dark black to make it stand out. the lighting fixtures were orange and green to match the overall design.

For the walls. I kept them white to highlight the bold colors of furniture, I added green and orange and the vase to tie everything together. the green rugs adds warmth and completes the space. the design worked well, but I didn't like the combination of colors because of too much green . I might try different wall colors next time to enhance the overall look.

In this experiment, I used earthy colors with Boho tones. I included a lot of orange and brown, but I like it for now. I will keep it simple later. I plan to use these colors in my living room hall too. I am testing how these colors work together. My goal is to balance the colors without making them too bold.
